THE UNKNOWN GIVER
“When you do a charitable deed, do not let your left hand know what your
right hand is doing.” (Matthew 6:3)
I don’t know about you, but I tend to enjoy getting credit when I do stuff for others.
And I don’t think I’m alone in appreciating thank you cards and words of gratitude.
I also know, however, that there’s something to be said for anonymity. This must be a
good way to give, because Jesus endorsed it.
That’s why I was impressed with a gift that arrived anonymously on our front porch one
day. We had been out of town; and when we returned, there stood several flower pots—
each holding a blooming sunflower. We knew the reason—they were left on our doorstep
on the birthday of our late daughter, Melissa, who loved sunflowers. Someone was telling
us, ―We remember Mell.‖ By giving anonymously, they focused completely on our family
rather than on themselves.
Imagine a world in which we all gave generously and selflessly. Jesus mentioned secret
giving in Matthew 6. He said, ―When you do a charitable deed, do not let your left hand
know what your right hand is doing, that your charitable deed may be in secret‖ (vv.3-4).

2. Realistically, we can’t always give anonymously. But our giving should always be
marked with the same spirit of selfless humility and God-directed charity.
Give as ’twas given to you in your need,
Love as the Master loved you;
Be to the helpless a helper indeed
Unto your mission be true.
Self-sacrifice is the true measure of our giving.
To begin our prayer time together, we ask you to repeat this prayer with us each day...
“O gracious and heavenly Father, in name of Jesus Christ I pray for Pastor Avinash
and Rajiv and every member of their families and the entire staff of Well Fortified
Intercessors Army and Living God Group and their families. Lord keeps them safe
from all the evil powers and no harm should come to them and every one who are
working in the ministry. Lord Jesus guides each step and shows the right path on
which they will take. Dear Father God you have called them to do your will. Protect
them and guide them in whatever they do. I pray shower your blessings on them so
that they will be able to fulfill the work of our Lord Jesus Christ. Father God give
them strength and power and health. My heavenly Father keeps them away from all
kinds of dangers and gives them shelter under your wings. In the name of the Lord
Jesus Christ, I command a hedge of protection to be around their home and property
today and I ask that warrior angels sent by the you true Father God would be placed
to stand guard at any holes that might be in that hedge. I place the full armors of God
on them, and I ask that the light of the Lord Jesus shine through them this day. In
the name of Jesus I ask-Amen”

Heart Attack: Reasons and Precautions
What is Heart Attack?
In human body heart is a strong muscle and its work is to pump the blood around the
body. For this these muscles need oxygen to work. When these muscles get improper
oxygen it cause a heart attack.
In past few years it had seen that young people have not been prone to heart disease.
Heart disease is a sickness, which is generally for older people. But times are truly
changing and more and more young adults today are now on high risk of having heart
problems and the main reason behind that is high cholesterol.
Now a day it is seen that the rate of young people with high cholesterol level, high
blood pressure and on the risk of heart attack is increasing very fast. The main reason
behind that is the way technology changed the way people pace their lives, there is less
and less motive for a person to even stand up and walk around for work.
People are spending their time in just sitting in front of the desk 8 hours a day. The
number of individuals having car has increased so you no longer have to walk or ride a
bike for you have your own car where you can stay relaxed while driving home.
The same position is there at your home also as you have a very comfortable bed
waiting for you. People like to spend their time in watching television rather than to have
some walk. And along with all that the modern medications are focusing away from what
really matters such as the protective actions of exercise and proper diet.
Lots of information buddy, so what’s the solution? The solution to prevent heart
diseases has hidden in our self. People just have to take a time out to focus on their
health each day or even just a few days within the week. It will greatly decrease their
chance of heart disease.
The main reason behind heart disease is normally caused by obesity, high blood pressure
and high level of cholesterol. You just need to burn those fats, in order to turn away from
those heart problem-causing agents.
Stay fit, keep praying and be blessed in our Lord and savior Jesus Christ.
