For positive stereotypes, non-Millennials more strongly agreed while Millennials less strongly agreed. For negative stereotypes the opposite was true, with Millennials disagreeing more strongly. The presentation provides implications for how Millennials can use the stereotypes to their advantage in job searches and careers.
