6. Visuals at an inappropriate place is of no use, rather contains confusion to the reader & even to yourself.

7. Xeroxed /Print-out of Pictures (if required) can be pasted.

8. Sketches & Diagrams have to be drawn only.

9. Preferably Outer lines may be high-lightened with black ball pen.

10. Proper labeling/nomenclature of sketches / diagrams is very important.

11. The assignment has to be prepared in the same sequence as mentioned in the Index.
