Incoming Tour Operator SunCity Travel, LLC (license АВ No. 349194 of 20/05/2007) has
10 years experience for incoming travel services in Ukraine. Staff of the Company consist
of 4 employees including employees who have 5-20 years experience in tourist sphere.
The main sphere of our activity is landing services providing in Ukraine as well online
reservation of travel services. SunCity Travel is an Official Commercial Representative
of the Ukrainian Youth Tourist Association and operator of the Youth Tourism & Hostels of
Ukraine® hotel chain.
The Company cooperates with the best hotels, SPA resorts, hostels and professional multi-
language guides and offers tailor-made programs and tour packages in Ukraine. We offer
different programs for individual tourists and groups: excursions in Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa,
Western Ukraine, the Carpathians, Crimea, skiing in the Carpathians, treatment and
recovery in the best Ukrainian resorts, MICE (business and incentive tours), leisure
in Crimea and Sea of Azov, etc.
The Company owns a "Youth Tourism & Hostels of Ukraine®” trademark and works with its
site www.hostels.org.ua from 2004 (from 2005 it is known like www.hostels-
ukraine.com). Since 2005, the Company is working for a network of youth hostels and
budget hotels in Ukraine, as well as continued cooperation with international booking
systems (HostelWorld, HostelsClub, HostelBookers, InstantWorldBooking, etc.). A big
experience in the e-tourism development sphere gives the Company from October 2008 to
start developing its own online booking engine Toursnlodging.com for travel services in
Ukraine. Since April 2009, SunCity Travel LLC has registered a new domain
toursnlodging.com, which becomes the basis for an international system of online booking.

5. Hotels Reservation
One of the basic directions of our activity is online booking of hotels. We are
guided by the biggest spectrum of properties across Ukraine and to satisfy
inquiries of tourists of any age and with any level of incomes, to execute the
special order, for example, to accommodate the disabled with
accompanying or to offer accommodation for more than 1000 person
simultaneously. Just make a choice from the more than 150 properties from
