You are given a presentation letter and schedule by PIEB. You must visit the school principal to have them sign and stamp the presentation letter and properly fill out, sign and stamp the schedule. Then take the presentation letter to the school zone supervisor to also sign and stamp. Make photocopies of both documents and return the originals plus copies to PIEB by the specified dates to finalize your contract signing.

• Identify your ID in your presentation letter.

• The presentation letter has the school code.

7. PRESENTATION LETTER PROCEDURE IN
THE SCHOOL
• Go to the school.
• Introduce yourself to the Principal and inform
him/her that you were assigned as the English
assessor for the groups stated in the
presentation letter.

IMPORTANT; Please check with the Principal the
amount of groups assigned to you. IF THERE IS ANY
DISSAGREMENT ABOUT THE AMOUNT OF GROUPS
YOU WERE ASSIGNED AND THE REALITY OF THE
SCHOOL, YOU MUST TELL US BEFORE CONTINUING
WITH THE PROCEDURE, SO PLEASE ASK THE
PRINCIPAL TO WRITE A LETTER (SIGNED AND
STAMPED )TO THIS COORDINATION EXPLAINING US
THAT, BECAUSE WE WON´T ACCEPT SCHEDULES THAT
HAVE DIFFERENCES WITH THE PRESENTATION

explain the reason why you are there.
