The EVIT Public Relations department has several goals for 2011-2012 including effectively communicating with stakeholders, enhancing media exposure, expanding social media use, and coordinating special events and tours to increase recruitment, enrollment, and retention. The PR team is led by Tiffani Nichols and includes members responsible for web design, recruitment, administrative assistance, and community outreach. Community liaisons are assigned to different school districts. Tours are an important part of recruitment and applications for tour guides will be distributed in August. Brochures are available and any publications should be proofed by the PR department first.

6. Tour Guides Tours are an important part of recruiting for your program! Send your BEST students to apply. Applications will be distributed in your mailbox on August 22 and should be returned to Doris Moore by August 29. Please communicate with us if the tour guide schedule doesn’t work for your student. Please let us know of any problems or positive highlights that occur during the tour.
