The 5th grade homework schedule outlines assignments for the week of December 5th through December 9th. Students have reading assignments to prepare for the upcoming Battle of the Books competition as well as math worksheets due on Wednesday. Other assignments include writing narratives using quotation marks, reviewing lessons in Wordly Wise, re-reading material and taking a test on changes in matter in social studies/science. Students are reminded of the winter concert and to wear their Discovery Group t-shirt the following day. Nightly independent reading is also assigned with increased required pages for the fourth reading log.
