Hakim was once a doctor who lived a comfortable life, but now lives in a small hut and eats insects. He collects insects every day, cooks them over a fire, and eats them for dinner. This strange behavior started about a year ago.
I was not close with my sick grandfather and had never even met him before. I reluctantly visited him with my parents during a school holiday but realized I disliked elderly people.
A man found an old, dirty hotel room with red stains on the carpet and a foul odor. As he waited for his delayed friends, he noticed movement in the toilet and feared there may be someone else in the room.

The narrator had an unusual swimming experience where they went swimming in their clothes at the suggestion of their friend Deb. Swimming with clothes on made them feel heavy in the water and it was difficult to swim. Their shoe came off while swimming. Miss V from A to Z provides a summary of Miss Vezino through 26 items corresponding to each letter of the alphabet. Kate, Tom, and Jim went trick-or-treating with their friend. Their bags were full of candy so Kate and Tom wanted to go home, but their friend wanted to hit a few more houses. They took a shortcut through the old forest but got lost in the dark and heavy rain. After wandering for over two hours, they came across an abandoned house and reluctantly agreed to spend the night there to get warm and dry, though the friends were uneasy about it.

Students also enjoyed shopping, attending shows like Dixie Stampede, which combined a four-course meal with a historical North vs South rivalry performance. The field trip provided memorable experiences for the students.

The most immediate threat AI posed was to Academic Integrity with Higher Education Institutes (HEIs) focusing their efforts on combating the use of GenAI in assessment. Guidelines were developed for staff and students, policies put in place too. Innovative educators have forged paths in the use of Generative AI for teaching, learning and assessments leading to pockets of transformation springing up across HEIs, often with little or no top-down guidance, support or direction.
This Gasta posits a strategic approach to integrating AI into HEIs to prepare staff, students and the curriculum for an evolving world and workplace. We will highlight the advantages of working with these technologies beyond the realm of teaching, learning and assessment by considering prompt engineering skills, industry impact, curriculum changes, and the need for staff upskilling. In contrast, not engaging strategically with Generative AI poses risks, including falling behind peers, missed opportunities and failing to ensure our graduates remain employable. The rapid evolution of AI technologies necessitates a proactive and strategic approach if we are to remain relevant.
