This document contains the weekly schedule and lesson plans for Ms. Zapata's dual-language second grade class. The schedule includes lessons on language arts, mathematics, science, and literacy rotations. For mathematics, lessons focus on number lines, addition and subtraction fluency, and missing number problems. Literacy rotations include reading, writing, computers, and vocabulary activities. The schedule is similar for Tuesday through Friday, with morning work, Second Step lessons, Fundations, science, specials, guided reading, literacy rotations, lunch, recess, workshop math, and small group math centers.

adding and subtracting. Then they will move in the number
line to show when it is an addition and when is subtraction.

Higher level: Students will practice in the number line
identifying the missing number in the equation. They will also
practice jumping in the number line in different intervals.

them under the write number to answer the addition or
subtraction.
