Editor's Notes
Who is trying to contact you? Who are you trying to contact? Why are they trying to get into contact with you? What types of communication are they trying?
People often prefer to text on another or post on social media. Usually in a personal matter that involves two parties. Who has heard the phrase that states “this call may be recorded for quality assurance purposes.”
The younger generations are often seen on their phones or tablets cruising social media or messaging a friend. With as popular as a tool this is why is it not used in education? I have seen social media used for projects but not for anything else. I have read on the use of social media in the classroom and found some reasonable information. There are some references on the next slide.
