This document describes a Damage & Shortage Declaration module from ECFY Consulting that allows users to declare packages as shortage or damaged upon arrival. The module ensures packages declared do not exceed arrived quantities and removes declared packages from dockets. It provides criteria to filter dockets and shows matched dockets. Users select shortage/damage reasons before detention is done.

2. Damage and Shortage Declaration module
 This module is used for Declare the packages as shortage Arrival or Damage Packages.
 Following condition is compulsory for the DEPS module.
 Docket should be arrived(means after at least one manifest is generated)
 Docket is not Local.
 Docket is not the FTL Type.
 If rule is Y then Suffix Docket will available other wise only main docket will available.
 Docket should no Delivered.
 This module is used after Stock Update.
 After the Shortage Package will be available al the Location of Last MF.
 After damage Declaration that much package will not available at any location
 Means that much packages are remove from the docket.
