This document discusses how the applicant tracking system (ATS) alone is not enough in today's talent acquisition landscape. It argues that an integrated recruitment marketing platform (RMP) is needed to provide a seamless candidate experience, build targeted talent pipelines, implement clear communication strategies, accurately track sources of hire and influence, and provide pipeline analytics. The presentation provides examples of how RMPs and ATSs can be integrated at critical points to improve the recruiting process from attracting candidates to converting them into hires.
