Web-based collaboration tools
I find Google Docs a very useful tool. To begin to access Google Docs, you need
to create a Google account. I found that one of the best features is that it has an
auto save utility that saves documents every couple of seconds without having
to think about it. Also, it is so easy for multiple users to work on the same
spreadsheet, document or presentation at the same time. Another utility is that
this tool lets you to export the document to word or pdf at any time. It allows
you to view any document on the Internet using Google Docs just by giving it
the URL; you don't even need to put it in your Drive first. It also has an all-
powerful keyboard shortcut. Simply press Alt+/ and you'll enter a search box for
all the functions in Docs. Google Docs also has a built in dictionary.
Linkedin Account
Linkedin Account
I found that Linkedin is a very powerful tool because keeping up with our
connections, both business and personal, are so important these days.
LinkedIn is all about establishing connections.
LinkedIn is highly important because it allows you to:
 get introduced to potential employers or colleagues in the field of work
you want to develop
 search available job postings placed on the LinkedIn by members
 join various groups that align with your interests and participate in
discussions.
 create an online resume that can work for you all the time.

Blogging is important not
only for your own
personal satisfaction but
also for business. In
today’s internet-based
society, your business has
to have a powerful online
presence in order to stand
out among your
competitors.
A blog is a tool that can
provide you with the
acknowledgement that
you would not otherwise
get. But, in business it can
be useful for reaching to
your customers.
