The World Bank Education Strategy 2020 aims to promote learning for all beyond just schooling. It has two strategic directions: reforming education systems and building a knowledge base. The strategy will be implemented through knowledge generation and exchange, technical and financial support, and partnerships. However, critics argue it does not sufficiently address issues like education as a human right, teacher salaries, unemployment, or the influence of the Bank's neoliberal ideology.
