2. Introduction
One of the biggest challenges for waste management is how to encourage
people to recycle. This is a particular problem all over the world, where the
communal bin system requires willing volunteers to separate and recycle
their waste.
Sadly, it is just too easy to drop a bag of waste in the bin without a second
thought.
Waste cooking oils are another waste problem too.
Million of litres of oil are thrown into the waste or poured down the sink
each year leading to pollution and blocked drains. It is estimated that for
every litre of oil poured down the sink it costs 30 pence (36 cents) to clear
up the drains.
Aditya Recycling thinks it has found a way to start to reverse this problem
with the introduction of our new waste oil reverse vending machine that
will process used cooking oil and in return it can provide a reward.

3. Our intention of introducing the Waste Oil reverse vending machine :
To prevent waste
vegetable oils
(used in the
household kitchen)
to be poured into
the city sewers and
thus save the
environment. Keeping
waste oil from being
dumped down the
drain has a range of
other benefits. Oils congeal on the insides of sewer pipes, causing
blockages and reducing pipe flow capacity, which leads to extra
municipal infrastructure expenses. biodiesel fuel.

4. Working Principle :
Residents can bring their used cooking oil outside and pour it into a
machine that will measure its fat content and dispense a small gift:
money, bus tokens, or coupons, for example. Licensed waste
management companies come regularly to collect the oil and
transport it to a plant where it can be recycled into biodiesel fuel.

5. Other features of the machine :
You can set how many litres of oil, what type of gift you are
offering and how much? using the control panel in the machine.
In case if foreign material is poured in the machine and chances of
damage then the machine self locks. It also sends a message or a
telephone call is made to the mobile number that you have
registered in the machine.
The machines also send messages if the gift (coins) are over in the
machine and also if the tank is full.

6. Types of machines available :
We can make design and supply various models of the machine
depending on the type of gifts you are willing to offer to customers.

7. We have solutions and developed other version of the machine.
There is a big and complex problem when collecting from mass
or collective areas of waste vegetable oil. While
collecting waste oil from restaurants, hotels, refectories etc. the
collectors are facing mixing problem; mixed waste vegetable oil
with other liquids for example water and oil.
As Aditya Recycling, we solved this mixing problem. Our
machine's other version can show how much water (other
liquids) and how much oil in tank (where in restaurants, hotels,
refectories).

11. Proposal for Biodiesel producing companies
You can install these machines at Apartments, Flats, Commercial
Complexes, Neighbourhood Stores, Clubs, Schools, Hotels,
Temples, Churches, Parks, Restaurants and other places and
collect the waste oil from the machines for producing the bio
diesel.
You will have a new source of raw material for your factory which
is already cleaned for your direct use.
You may hand over the waste oil collection to a different company
which will do the work of picking up the oil and delivering to your
factory.
You can also earn additional income from advertisements which
can be shown on the display panel.

installing the PET bottle recycling machine next to the waste
cooking oil recycling machine. You can ask the people to bring the
oil in used PET bottles so that they can pour the waste cooking oil

13. Proposal for Municipalities :
Most of the present producers of Bio Diesel use agricultural feedstock, but biodiesel
production from waste oil is more environmentally friendly.
According to research when using waste oil for producing bio diesel , 65 to 80 percent of
the liquid can be turned into biodiesel, which results in 50 percent less CO2 emissions
than regular petroleum.
Keeping waste oil from being dumped down the drain has a range of other benefits. Oils
congeal on the insides of sewer pipes, causing blockages and reducing pipe flow capacity,
which leads to extra municipal infrastructure expenses.
The oil can then be converted into bio diesel and used by the Council in its vehicles fleet
or sold on to other companies.
When the machine finishes it can provide a payment or add points to a magnetic card
that can be used to provide many types of goods, rewards or discounts.
The municipalities may install these machines and can generate income from the sale of
waste oil to bio diesel producers and the PET flakes for PET Recycling companies.
Additionally revenue can also be generated from allowing companies to advertise on the
display panel of the machine.
