since Wapilindo Perdana, Ltd. has been involved and experienced in pipe field
long enough.

alone but also include Southeast Asia region. Of course, this trust is a great

A. Warranty service
Warranty services provided by Wapilindo Perdana, Ltd. as Authorized Distributor
HDPE 3408EHMW pipe of Plexco, are:
1. Provide guarantees for pipeline that will and have been used by the user for 5
(five) years, if Plexco HDPE 3408 EHMW pipe installed are broken or leak
due to the pipeline technical specifications that do not meet the

2. requirements/standards set, pipeline damage is not caused by intentional factor
(contact with digger hoe, sawed, drilled, and others). Wapilindo Perdana, Ltd. will
replace a broken or leaking pipe with a good pipe in the location, with no extra
charges/free.
2. In there is leaks in the heat fusion connection, then Wapilindo Perdana, Ltd.
will fix the connection with no connection fee charge as soon as possible.
3. If the installed pipe is damaged, cracked or leaked because of human factors,
Wapilindo Perdana, Ltd. can fix it as soon as possible.
B. After Sale Service
Wapilindo Perdana, Ltd. provide free after sale service in the piping system of
Plexco HDPE 3408 EHMW, so that consumers who have used and will use the
Plexco product get assurance when something happens in the piping system.
This service includes pipe and fitting materials ranging from the smallest diameter
to the largest diameter. For pipe accessories beyond Plexco products, also
provided in accordance with the specifications ordered and compatible with the
pipe material.
C. Heat Fusion Joint Operator Training.
Wapilindo Perdana, Ltd. as Authorized Distributor of Plexco HDPE 3408 EHMW
pipe and fusion machine with McElory brands of USA , has been granted full trust
and authority by the principal above, to provide training and courses of Plexco
HDPE 3408 EHMW pipe connecting and courses of McElory fusion engine
maintenance.

3. The training will not consume a lot of time, depends on the fusion machine
and and the connection systems used, the longest training time is + 6 (six) days.
With relatively short time it is expected that the operators in the training
become skilled and reliable operators in heat fusion system connecting.
When the trained operator perfom bad connection work or there is a problem in
the work, Wapilindo Perdana, Ltd. Will take responsibility and will provide
technical assitance during the connection work.
The point is that Wapilindo Perdana, Ltd. Will provide training and courses
services for heat fusion joint operators, and take full responsibility if the trained
operator face any difficulties in their work.
D. Provision of joint machine tools
Wapilindo Perdana, Ltd. not only trusted as an Authorized Distributor of HDPE
pipe with Plexco brands, but also trusted as an Authorized Distributor fusion
machines with McElroy brands. McElroy fusion machine is perfect and has been
a partner of the Plexco HDPE pipe for a very long time in the terms of connecting
pipes, and McElroy has had experiences in producing as well as develop new
technology of fusion machine.
McElroy machine is not complicated to be operated, very accurate, has long life
service and the materials are all made of selected steel, and can be used by the
polyethylene pipeline of other brands .

rental feecost includes operator, fuel and transporting the machine to the
place.
2. The point of connection and fittings: the cost imposed on each point of pipe
connection or fitting, includes the cost of fuel and the operator but does not
include transportation to the place.
