This is a reference letter for Electra Simon who did an internship at Wallpaper* City
Guides for four weeks during December 2015 and September 2016.
During her internship, Electra reported to myself the photography editor while
assisting on the Buenos Aires, New York, Singapore and Dubai guides. Electra
demonstrated a strong work ethic and was able to carry out the tasks assigned to her
to a high standard. She proved of great assistance to the photography desk with her
eye for detail and writing skills.
Electra’s tasks included researching press contacts, checking the relevance of
existing photos and fact-checking old and new copy and writing photo credits. She
had a professional manner when dealing with press and PR agents, and displayed a
pro-active nature, which was much appreciated.
