Wallace Accounting and Advisory Services was founded in
2014 by Darren Boggs and Russell Wallace, CPA. They
looked at the Dental industry and envisioned a future
where Dental practitioners are engaged in strategic
relations with business professionals to enhance their
capabilities, profitability, and quality of life.
To this end, we have created a comprehensive range of
products and services geared toward supporting the
Dentist in every aspect of their financial and business
needs.
Our vision is to work with each individual Dental

then provide the knowledge, experience, and horsepower

3. Founder
OUR TEAM
Darren got his start in the Dental industry working for Patterson Dental. Later, he moved into the business side of Dentistry working in
Operations for a major Dallas based DSO. Achieving great success, he founded a consulting company and began teaching Dentists how to
open and operate successful Dental practices.
One of his first clients was a Dentist and Entreprenuer duo that had a great vision for growth and the know how to pull it off. They recognized
the need for operational experience and capability. So together they formed a new DSO and went on to build several offices over the next
four years in four major Texas markets.
Darren later went on to develop and launch a new Dental startup group in South Texas. His wide range of experience in every phase of the
Dental industry allowed the company to have a successful first year launch. Along the way, Darren was able to help centralize billing
operations, setup a call center with a full custom software solution, and integrate Orthodontics into the practice group within the first year.
Darren's passion has always been for growth and development. He is also intensely focused on creating opportunities for people by opening
new offices and providing high quality jobs. He believes that the company's culture is the bedrock foundation on which all long term success
lies. He also enjoys helping people learn, grow, and overcome fear and obstacles.

OUR TEAM
Russell served 6 years in the United States Army Reserves and graduated from the University of North Texas. Russell currently has a
Certified Public Accountant designation. Russell began his career at the largest locally owned public accounting firm in DFW.
There he experienced a culture that earned the firm recognition as being one of the best places to work for multiple years and as one
of the fastest growing firms in the nation. He specialized in tax, accounting consulting, and mergers and acquisitions. This experience
has given Russell tools and expertise rarely found in the Dental industry.
Russell entered into the Dental industry as the CFO of a startup group practice. He and the executive team led that group through
their growth and eventual sale. During that period the group weathered many changes in the Dental industry and were able to come
out successfully. They were also able to incorporate Orthodontics into the general dentistry practices.
Russell is focused on navigating clients through complex financial issues while working with owners, lenders, and practices with
multiple partners.
