Toastmasters International: Where Leaders Are Made
7 Up Toastmasters · Minton-Capehart Federal Building · Thursdays, 7:00 a.m. – 7:45 a.m.
Andrew Costello
President
7 Up Toastmasters
To Whom It May Concern:
My name is Andrew Costello, and I am the President of the 7 Up Toastmasters Club that meets in downtown
Indianapolis. I wanted to offer my services as a reference for Ms. Rachel Randolph, a member of our club. I would
like share my thoughts and observations regarding her character and ability as a leader.
I first met Rachel in July 2015 when she joined our Thursday morning club. From the beginning, I could tell that
Rachel was a very polished speaker who worked hard to communicate with others in a professional, equitable
manner. Shortly after joining our club, she volunteered to be the Vice President of Public Relations. Rachel’s
determination and enthusiasm have helped our club achieve its education and membership goals, and we hope to
be a Distinguished Club by the end of June. Outside of Toastmasters, I am also impressed with her desire to get
involved in the community as a mentor for Trusted Mentors.
Rachel is a very ambitious, outgoing, and focused individual who genuinely enjoys connecting with people. She is
receptive to feedback and strives to improve. Her great interpersonal skills will be an asset to your organization. I
recommend Rachel Randolph as an addition to your team and/or staff.
If you need further information, please feel free to contact me at 317-296-3392 or email me at
7uptoastmasters@gmail.com. Thank you for your time and consideration with this matter.
Very respectfully,
Andrew Costello
