5. The majority of our bespoke projects
are in partnership with FHS Holtztechnik.
Jupiter Play is the sole supplier for
German Manufacturer FHS’s range of
stunning bespoke equipment within
the UK. As an expert in play, they are
without question the best supplier we
could possibly work with: their approach
to the manufacturing and delivery of
their products is exceptionally flawless.
Over the past few years, our Product
Manager has developed a fantastic
relationship with them, working very
closely with their designers and
craftsmen to ensure that designs
agreed with our customers are brought
to life in beautiful hand-crafted Robinia.
There is a vast range of “standard”
products already available within their
range but we appreciate that many
play spaces require something more
bespoke, tailored specifically to a site
or brief, often taking into consideration
results from community consultations.
Our love for FHS is in the unique
manufacturing processes that they
have developed to achieve the most
robust, durable and aesthetically
organic timber available in the market
place today and in partnership with
them, we are able to deliver any
bespoke request.

6. Our business support team have very
strong relationships with our hauliers
and are experienced in dealing with
international shipping. Our FHS products
are shipped from Germany and can be
organised to go to a depot or straight
to site. We can advise you with regards
to access and off-loading required and
will work directly with our customers and
contractors to ensure deadlines are met
for deliveries.
It took three full trailers to ship over the
equipment for the Hudson Way project –
our Business Support Co-ordinator worked
very closely with the hauliers, Product
Manager and the contractors to ensure
this was carefully co-ordinated and
delivered in sequence to have the right
sections available as they were installing
on site.
Before delivery, the site flooded and it was
arranged for the equipment to be held at
the port in Holland so they could be on the
first lorry over as soon as the site was ready.

7. We can offer support for both supply
only projects as well as full installation
capacity.
We only use subcontractors for the
specialised services of installation of
equipment and surfacing.
Our national network of subcontractors
have worked with us for many years
and it is a condition of their commercial
agreements with Jupiter Play that they
have the same commitment to quality
and customer service when they execute
their high quality installations.
We liaise with our preferred subcontractor
ahead of each project to ensure we
secure installation schedules which
are then guaranteed by our contracts
team to ensure Jupiter deliver an end to
end service to our customers within the
agreed timeframe.
Our dedicated Operations Manager
ensures all Health and Safety checks
on site are completed and our
contractors fully comply with Health &
Safety legislation; all are CHAS and/
or Constructionline Certified and are
Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS)
checked.

8. Jupiter Play delivers quality through all
services and products and this does not
stop once a project has been delivered.
We want children to enjoy our play
spaces and do not want things to come
to a standstill because of faulty parts or
missing fixings.
We have a dedicated business support
team who ensure our customers receive
the highest post completion service as
well as support throughout the whole
project.

9. Our business is operated through our CRM
system - Salesforce.com, where every
project is tracked from its initial conception
and managed at every stage. This allows
the whole team to control every stage
and ensure timescales are being adhered
to. With all information in one place this
allows the entire team to instantly access
information whilst out on site or from home
if required.
We carry out post installation inspections
with the sub-contractor in attendance
where all snagging of the installation is
documented and addressed on the same
day or within 48 hours of site completion.
Post Installation Inspections are carried out
by an independent RPII Certified inspector
and any issues are dealt with by our
Operations Manager who liaises with the
customer, our suppliers and contractors until
any issue is resolved to full satisfaction.
