The document outlines two proposed activities for primary school students. The first activity focuses on multiculturalism and involves students coloring flags of different countries and researching a typical aspect of each country's culture to include on a mural. The second activity focuses on recycling and will have students research the recycling process for different materials and create murals explaining the processes. The goals are to develop students' social awareness, teach them to work collaboratively in groups, and promote their sense of responsibility. Both activities will take place over two weeks with two sessions per week for each.

1. INTRODUCTION
We, the teachers of the primary school L’Escola Voramar, had made a meeting
to argue about our activity proposes. As a result of that meeting, we had chosen two
activities that finally we are going to do with our students.
The objectives that we want to accomplice with our proposes are, at the first
place we want to design a type of activities different to the others. Our principal goal is
to obtain a higher level of motivation in our students. We want to show them their
importance inside the class, and we accomplish this appraising their labor.
Another important objective that we want to achieve is to develop in the students a
social and ecological awareness. That is why our proposes are about the recycling
process and the experience of other culture’s foods. We want a future where the
people respect the traditions of other lands, and involved at solving the ecological
damage that the humans produce.
Furthermore, one of the most important objectives for us is to show the students that
the best way to work is in group, because the can help or being helped by their
partners. That is the principal reason why the children are going to work in “Aronson’s
groups”. They have to learn how to work in groups, and how to develop a collective
project.
Finally one of our methodological goals is to promote in the students the responsibility
of their own work. They have to learn to manage their work time, and always trying to
increase the quality of their works.
This is the summary of all the pedagogical objectives and goals that we want to
accomplish with our proposed activities.

2. PROCEDURE
To decide the activities that we do for the part of the Integrated Project, the
group was had a meeting and the chair person was Daniel Rodriguez and the secretary
Raquel Nuñez.
We started proposing each one the activity for doing in two weeks of class.
First, Laura Valiente proposed for doing a gymkhana where the game instructions were
in English. After Natalia Barbero proposed teaching the children how to cocking
something with instructions in English. Next, Mario Martín proposed that the children
do rubbish bucket, putting a title in English about the type of rubbish. Following, Daniel
Rodriguez proposed that to kid make an Aronson’s puzzle for recollect information
about the rubbish and the types of recycle, and then to do a mural with this
information. After, Raquel Nuñez proposed that the teachers give flags of different
countries at the kids and then they colours the flags and found information about
these countries.
Then, the members of the group explained the doubts about the activities like
the duration or the methodology that we will use these two weeks.
When all points were explained Daniel Rodriguez started the voting and we
decided to do the projects of Raquel Nuñez and Daniel Rodriguez.
3. ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION
The two activities that we have chosen will be developed during the second
term and 4 of Primary will be the course that will do these activities.
The first activity will be about the multiculturalism, this activity will take place during
the first week, two sessions per week. The teachers will draw some flags of differents
countries and each student will has to colour it. Then they will have to investigate one

typical thing of each country and in a mural they are going to put the flags and next to
them the typical thing that they have found. Finally they are going to explain the class
the typical element of the country to the class. With this activity the kids are going to
learn the colours, the flags of differents countries and something important of these
countries.
The second activity will be about the environment, this activity will take place during
the second week, two sessions per week, like the other activity. We are going to use
the Puzzle de Aronson’s methodology. Each groups are going to specialize in a different
material and they have to investigate what is the process to recycle these materials.
Then each group will do a mural explaining which is the process to achieve this. To do
this activity we are going to do a trip to a recycling plant.

4. CONCLUSION
In conclusion, after doing the meeting, we decided that the best way to learn
children the different cultures and the importance of recycling, is doing different
activities such as Aronson's methodology and flags of different countries. Also, all
these activities are intended to create a public awareness, in other words, weigh
heavily on citizenship because we want the family also aware about recycling and
multiculturalism.
