            “I‟m loaded with material at a point where we were thinking to start makin
            adjustments to the programme.”

            “To do the translation in our cultural language within the programme of our
            line.”

            a helicopter view on all.”

      b. “Feedback balance; roleplay plan; motivation of volunteers”
      c. “A lot of things, I will reorganize my training program in the following months ”
      d. “I‟m going back home with a better point of view. Especially on the recruiting
         procedure. Thank you very much!”
      e. “Motivating enhancing ways, different approach to trainings, checklists.”
      f. “1. All kinds of volunteers you need; 2. Selection process: optimize it.; 3.
         Checklists for trainers; 4. Different methods of role playing.
      g. “Spiral of success; little step method; Backfeed giving; role plays in
         recruitment.”
      h. “New ideas for training, better selection, feedback methods, small steps
         method, „selling‟ your helpline to volunteers.”
      i. “Spiral of success, small steps method, it‟s “okay” to interrupt, you can learn as
         much or more from „doing it wrong‟. Role playin g valuable for all staff and
         volunteers. Check for motivation and expertise at all points of curve.”
