2. i wanted to send a short email to say how happy i am with the support
provided by mr. denis lam. his trouble shooting was spot-on. denis also
took the time to explain the intricacies of the issue and educate me as
to how all the moving parts work. he was more than patient. but most
importantly was the transfer of knowledge necessary for me to
thoroughly understand the problem. i know in this business environment
it’s easy to get caught up in closing tickets and getting the customer
off the line. although this may solve short term issues i think it
