v-kreta_Overview
v-kreta is an online tendering software that aims to optimize the sourcing process. It allows companies to create tenders, manage vendors, generate specification and proposal forms, invite vendors to submit proposals, compare proposals, and negotiate and award contracts. The software provides benefits like standardizing the sourcing process, improving tender quality, and increasing sourcing efficiency. It can be implemented either using an ASP model with monthly user fees or an enterprise server license model with an upfront fee.

All add, modify and delete operations on the products can be done from here. Product Structure Tender Creation Tenders can be created with as many items as required by the sourcing team. The products can be directly chosen from the Product structure.
- 13. Vendor Management Creating Vendors Vendorscan be imported, copied from other tenders or just manually added and associated with a tender. Search Vendors Vendors can be searched from an internal database by supplier name/ product/ tender title.

There are also options for giving alternative proposals. Create Specification Each tender item contains the detailed Specification. The vendors view this and know what to deliver. Creation of theTender Status Report Choose vendors While creating the report the user also has the flexibility to choose the vendors as well as the proposal parameters based on which the report should be created. Tender Status Report The proposals from those selected vendors are then displayed in an excel sheet. This can be easily saved as an excel file and later uploaded for future reference within the tool.
