Lauren Brickey is a student at the University of Kentucky studying elementary education. She was born and raised in Ashland, Kentucky and graduated from Paul G. Blazer High School in 2010. While attending UK, she is a member of Delta Zeta sorority, interns with KegFly, and volunteers her time with kids through various organizations. Her future plans include graduating in 2014 with a BA in elementary education, pursuing a master's degree and principal certification, and eventually opening her own bakery.
