A large majority (83%) access digital information via computer
– but several noted that they use both computer and phone.
More (61%) access the internet at work than at home (37%).
7. The first resource of choice when seeking information/advice is online
search for documents, followed closely by asking a colleague or expert.

Searching for video or self-instructional material online are the least
likely options to be tapped.
So it follows that articles are most likely to be accessed daily (45%).

9. 50% sometimes take online courses for professional purposes;
27% take them regularly while 25% never have taken an online course
94% feel that being able to collaborate online is important or very important.
Many people were not familiar with ala, lore, doximity. They rated roughly equally with
doximity gaining slightly higher favorability ratings at 37%.
10. The most sought after benefits of a portal are to save time and accelerate work,
ease the dissemination of work and deepen interactions/strengthen work
Mobile access is key to many in terms of technical
features as is the ability to download resources and work offline.
Top priority for support in doing work is quick access to reference
materials on straightforward procedures and best practices, followed
by timely second opinions from experts on challenging cases.
