Process Title: Transition of UAT team activities to China for New Platform implementation
Period: Since Jun’16 till now
Role: Team Lead
Description: The company ANZ aspires to become bank of choice for corporate under Super Regional Strategy
by providing Cash Management services; the project / process is mainly a Transitive Asia
Program attempting to provide business banking services to 11 Asian countries. The banking
functions will represent Cash Management and Payments Front Office with PAC Python, Back
Office with PAC OPEE. The Payments Application Consolidation (PAC) payment solution at
proposed bank will comprise of the following:
Client User functionality through Payments Transaction Manager (PYTHON) – using which the
clients can originate cash management transactions and view the transaction status along with
reports.
Bank User functionality through Operations Payments Entry Enrichment (OPEE) – using which
the Bank admin can process the transactions for the customers as required.
To provide user entitlements and customer privileges in the use of above applications Customer
Onborading & Registration Application is built. These applications are in-house build by ANZ.
Responsibilities:
• Acting as Team Lead and guiding a team of 5 resources
• Training team on the UAT concepts, testing methods, testing phases, defect identification and reporting,
identifying the right resource for the modules and assigning the tasks
• Assisting in preparation of test plan and To-be process flows
• Participating & contributing in business requirement meetings with respective Product/ Business Stakeholders

The banking functions will represent Cash Management and Payments Front Office with PAC Python, Back Office with PAC OPEE. The Payments Application Consolidation (PAC) payment solution at proposed bank will comprise of the following: Client User functionality through Payments Transaction Manager (PYTHON) – using which the clients can originate cash management transactions and view the transaction status along with reports. Bank User functionality through Operations Payments Entry Enrichment (OPEE) – using which the Bank admin can process the transactions for the customers as required.
