The document invites people to attend the 2nd Annual Tewksbury Overdose Vigil on October 20th, 2013 at 6:30pm at the Tewksbury State Hospital Campus located at 365 East Street, Tewksbury, MA. The event will include the signing of names of loved ones lost to substance abuse at 6:30pm followed by the start of the event at 7:00pm.
