Pho is probably the star dish
of Vietnam and the most
loved around the world. This
signature dish is a perfect
mix of rice noodles, a hot
broth, beef or chicken, and
various vegetables, along
with some types of sauces.

We put all the
broth
ingredients in
the oven at
180c for 20
minutes,
covered with
aluminum
Once baked, we

of boiling water,
