Phò bò
Pho is probably the star dish
of Vietnam and the most
loved around the world. This
signature dish is a perfect
mix of rice noodles, a hot
broth, beef or chicken, and
various vegetables, along
with some types of sauces.
ingredients - broth
2 cow bones
1 onion
ginger
cinnamo
stikc
cardamom
2 cloves
satr anise
cilantro
fennel
ingredients -soup
salt
rice noodles
bean sprouts
ground beef
cane
and strips
step by step-broth
We put all the
broth
ingredients in
the oven at
180c for 20
minutes,
covered with
aluminum
Once baked, we
put them in a
pot with a liter
of boiling water,
add salt to taste
and let it boil for
an hour. We
remove the
foam that
comes out
finally we
strain the
broth
step by step-soup
With the
ground
meat we
make the
meatballs
with a
pinch of
salt
We boil the
broth again
and add the
meatballs
and noodles
and let it
boil until
the noodles
are soft.
The strips
of beef
should be
thin, and
added to
the hot
broth
We serve
and it is
ready
chè
As it is a dessert that is
served at different
temperatures, it is consumed
all year round, as it can be a
type of soft drink for hot
days, or a comforting soup
for the intense cold of winter.
ingredients
1 envelope of
gelatin
cans of fruit in
syrup (peach,
mango,
pineapple,
cherry...)
1 liter of coconut
milk
1 liter of
coconut
cream
tapioca
ice
step by step 1.make the gelatin as
the envelope says,
then cut into small
cubes
2.separate the fruits
from the syrup and save
the syrup to sweeten
3.cut the fruits
into cubes
4. Prepare according
to the instructions
and reserve
5. In a jug, add the
coconut milk and the
amount of cream you
want along with the
syrup
6.In a bowl, add the
fruit, tapioca, gelatin
and crushed ice
7. Add the
coconut milk
with the syrup
8. enjoy
egg coffee
Its origin is in Hanoi,
and in some places in
this city we can find
it, optionally with
another extra
ingredient: cheese.

vanilla condensed
milk
step by step
Beat the yolks
with the
condensed milk
and vanilla until
it becomes like a
thick cream.
prepare the
coffee to your
liking
In a bowl we put
hot water and
put a cup that
we are going to
use for coffee.
We serve the
coffee in the cup
that is inside the
water
We put the cream
of the yolks and
the condensed
milk on top of the
coffee
