Full itinerary
Day 1/26 June: Hanoi Arrival (…)
Welcomed at Noi Bai International airport by our guide and transferred to your hotel Relax after
a long flight journey.

Day 2/27 June: Hanoi – city tour – Sapa (B/L)
You are picked at the hotel for a guided full day tour of Hanoi, visiting the major sights,
including the Temple of Literature, One Pillar Pagoda and paying a homage to Vietnam's most
famous revolutionary, Ho Chi Minh. After lunch, we visit Ethnology Museum, the miniature of
Vietnam with 54 ethnic groups. Here carry out scientific research, collection, documentation,
conservation, exhibition and preserving the cultural and historic patrimony of the nation’s ethnic
groups. The museum also serves to guide research, conservation, and technology that are
specific to the work of an ethnographic museum. Back to the old quater where we keep walking
to visit bustling streets. Free till transfer to the station for overnight train to Sapa.

Day 3/28 June: Lao Cai – Cat Cat – Sin Chai villages trekking (B/L)
Arrive Lao Cai Train Station around 5:00. Then take an one hour bus ride uphill to the beautiful
town of Sapa. The ride gives you a glimpse of the stunning vistas and impressive rice terraces
that make Sapa famous with travelers. Have breakfast and freshen up upon arrival to Sapa
town. Then take a morning walking tour of Sa Pa to visit a busy market where Red Dao, Black
H’mong and other ethnic minority people converge from the surrounding countryside to sell
their embroidery, silverware and handicrafts, and to buy provisions. It is where you will find
fabric stained from dyed shade of blue, red and green intricately embroidered and stitched ... or
the rainbow colors of the Flower H’mong, flashes of the shining silver jewellery from the necks
and wrists of indigo-clad H’mong and the scarlet hues of the turbans worn by the Red Dao. In

3. the afternoon, take a walk down to the South-west of Sapa (around 3 km) to visit Cat Cat
Village of the Black H’mong, one of the more well-known ethnic village of Sapa. Relax at the
foot of the stunning Silver Waterfall and the vestige of a hydroelectric power station that was
constructed by the French during the colonial time in Vietnam.

Day 4/29 June: Sapa – Lao Chai – Tan Van villages Trekking – Hanoi (B/L)
In the morning, have breakfast at the hotel. Then trek through the green Sa Pa Valley to visit
the Black H'mong minority of Lao Chai Village and Giay minority of Ta Van then back to Sapa.
On the way, visitors can admire the sight of a range of huge mountain looms dimply in the veil
of smog on one side and rice terraces on the other side. Back to Sapa then bus transfer to
Hanoi. Arrive Hanoi at mid night.

Day 5/30 June: Hanoi – Halong (B/L/D)
To experience the tranquil Hanoi, you are suggested to wake up early for enjoying Hanoi
morning sounds, walking around Hoan Kiem Lake and doing Tai Chi exercise with locals. Your
Halong trip will be started after you come back to hotel for freshen up and breakfast.
After breakfast, you’ll take a 3.5-hour-drive to Halong Bay, one of the great natural of the world
and a UNESCO World Heritage site. Upon arrival, the boat crew will welcome you and transfer
you to the junk for check-in and enjoy a cruise around Halong Bay with a delicious local seafood
lunch served on board. At the same time, you can behold thousands of limestone islands and
grottoes rising from the clear, emerald water.
After lunch you’ll join some activities on boat to discover the beauty of the bay such as visit a
cave, doing kayaking or enjoy swimming in the sea before getting back to the junk for relaxing
and dinner. In the evening, you can join night fishing with locals.

Day 6/1 July: Halong – Hanoi – Danang – Hoian (B/L)
In the morning, your breakfast will be served while floating on the sea to explore the beauty of
Halong Bay before disembarking time. Joining some more activities on boat and then checking
out cabin. The early lunch will be served before getting back to the main dock and you’ll then be
transferred to Hanoi then airport transfer for flight to Danang. Upon arrival, transfer to Hoian.

Day 7/2 July: Hoian city tour (B)
In the morning: we visit the Hoi An town, which was originally one of major trading centers of
Southeast Asia in the 16th century. Visit of Hoi An Town with mixed the culture of
Vietnam/Chinese/Japanese with Chinese tiled houses, Chinese temples, Japanese covered
bridge.
In the afternoon: free to relax and enjoy your luxury stay at the hotel in Hoian.

Day 8/3 July: Hoian – Free and eay (B)
Today, no activities re prearranged. You are encourage to discover the ancient town and local
life in your way.

Day 10/5 July: Hoian – Saigon – Cu Chi (B/L)
Leave your hotel early for morning flight to Ho Chi Minh City. Upon arrival, heading to Cu Chi
tunnels, the “Iron Triangle”, our Viet Cong basement in the American war. Back to Hochiminh
city for a quick view of the busiest city of Vietnam by visiting the Independence Palace, Notre
Dame Cathedral and Post office, last stop at Ben Thanh Market

Day 11/6 July: Saigon – Cai Be – Can Tho (B/L/D)
Pickup at the hotel in Saigon to Cai Be. You board your comfortable wooden Mekong Eyes cruise
vessel around noon. After a refreshing welcome drink we show you our on-board facilities and
your cosy cabin. As lunch is served, the Mekong Eyes Cruise starts cruising. Sit back and watch
the fantastic scenery and the daily life of the Mekong people.
In the afternoon you can disembark for a guided leisurely stroll through a village and the
surrounding fruit orchards or rice fields. Meet the friendly locals and taste the local produce and
fruits.
Get back on board and enjoy a drink at the bar or relax on deck as the sun sets over the
magnificent water landscape of the Mekong river. The Mekong Eyes Cruise will anchor for the
night. The day ends with a delicious on-board dinner. You stay overnight on board your floating
hotel in the Mekong Delta.

Day 12/7 July: Can Tho – Cai Rang Floating market – Saigon (B)
Wake up well rested to the sound of the river and get ready for another exciting day of
sightseeing in the Mekong Delta. At 6.30h the Mekong Eyes cruise vessel sets off for a sunrise
cruise. Watch the locals go about their daily work drying exotic fruits and building ships on the
wooden yards while enjoying an early breakfast.
After breakfast, we will board a sampan boat to Cai Be or Cai Rang floating market, the region’s
busiest and most lively markets. Marvel at the sheer abundance of exotic fruits, vegetables and
skilfully handcrafted regional products. We will pull up to the boats for talking and bargaining
with the merchants. We will also visit some of the local candy and cake making factories or boat
through the green water landscape to see local houses, verdant orchards and ship-building
yards.
Disembark the cruise then transfer to Saigon.

Free till transfer to Saigon airport for departure flight. Trip ends.
