automation equipment in the needle felt workshop.
 In the filter press cloth workshop, we have 10
German made Dornier looms and 10 Switzerland
Sulzer Looms. The Maximum width is 3.6 meters.
 We have advanced heat setting machine to make the
cloth with a reliable quality in certain elongation.
 The 3.2 width calender machine to adjust the
difference Air Permeability in different applications.
 We have two laser cutting machine to make the filter
press cloth exactly installed into the filter plates.
 The Maximum 6 meters width looms in our filter belt
workshop can satisfied mostly of the clients’
requirements.

Our technicians all have the bachelor’s or master degree. We
can help our clients choose or design the right products to
satisfied the customers’ requirements. The custom order from
the clients also can be accepted depend on your samples.
 Our granularity analyst can help technicians analyze
customer’s sample material composition and select the filter
cloth type accurately. Every product will be inspected by our
quality inspector strictly before shipping, including filtration
and test detection to make sure the product quality.

11.  Monofilament filter cloth is made in monofilament, which
has good air and water permeability .They have the good
ability to prevent the granules from blocking in the fabrics
and the filter cakes can be peeled off easily, therefore,
they can be used time after time.

material: PET,PP,Arcylic,PPS,P84,NOMEX,PTFE,GL and so on
which has efficiency and low resistance various of air needle punch
filter cloth ,air filter bag, liquid filter bag and cage of bone , filter
