The document outlines instructions for a group project where students will plan and present a 10-day trip to Mexico. 2. Un Viaje a Mexico Your class will be divided into 6 groups. Each group will be responsible for planning a ten day trip to Mexico. Your group will create a power point presentation and/or posters to show the class your plans for the trip. Each group will be responsible for planning airline reservations, lodging, sightseeing , and a travel itinerary.

3. Un Viaje a Mexico Project Guidelines You must travel to at least 5 of the cities listed on your handout. You cannot stay at any location more than three days. You must visit at least one ruin while on your trip. Remember: this trip should be educational as well as fun!

4. Un Viaje a Mexico Power Point Presentation You will do a Power Point presentation of no less than 5 slides. Slide #1: Title and names of group members

5. Un Viaje a Mexico Power Point Presentation Slide #2 will include: airline reservations, flight number, arrival and departure times, and cost.

6. Un Viaje a Mexico Power Point Presentation Slide #3 will contain all of your lodging information. Each entry should include the name and location of the hotel, the type of accommodations, and the cost.

7. Un Viaje a Mexico Power Point Presentation This slide will include all of the places you plan to visit during your stay in Mexico. Tell the location and the significance of the sights. Also, if there is any cost for visiting the sight, be sure to include that with your information. (Some sights might need a whole slide- depending on the importance.) If you prefer, you can mention each location on this slide and then make a poster to provide greater details and descriptions.

8. Un Viaje a Mexico Power Point Presentation Slide #5 will show your itinerary for the ten days. You should include where the trip starts and ends each day. Also, include any major highlights of the day.

9. Viaje a Mexico Contribution Statement Each group member will turn in an individual contribution statement which describes his/her role in the group and tasks completed.
