9. Determination of New Nipple Position
Anterior projection of IMF.

breast meridian-which is about 10 cm from the

22. DRESSING
The wounds are dressed with
paraffin gauze, followed by dry
gauze, and finally by abdominal
pads. These are held in place
by the patient’s bra.
23. POST OPERATIVE CARE
Postoperative day 1– Take
shower.
Postoperative day 5- Removal of
skin staples and Steri-Strips are
applied.
Patients should wear a bra at all
times for 3 weeks following
surgery.
Postoperatively 3weeks- return to
their normal level of activity.
