The area will be in Auvergne.
The goal is to produce more than
100 million eggs per year to
support several food farms around
France.
We plan to set up 6 food farms
located along the biggest rivers in
France where the source is in
Massif Central.
Our European Head Office will be
set up in Deauville in Normandie!

We have started the search for the
perfect spot to start the lives of our
coming alpine char in Sweden. The
area will be in Värmland.
The goal is to produce 20.000 tons
alpine char per year, plus 50 million
eggs to support other fish farms in
Sweden.
We plan to set up 3 food farms in
Sweden.

We have also started the search for
the perfect area to start the lives of
the alpine char and we have found it
in Süd Tirol and Val Pusteria.
We will set up a plant for
production of 100 million eggs that
can serve several fish farms in
Europe along the Drava river.

Drava is a river that runs more than
700 km from Val Pusteria down to
Donau.
It runs in Italy, Austria, Slovenia,
Croatia and Hungary.
To produce fish locally our idea is to
set up fish farms for our alpine char
in each of these countries along the
river.
It will decrease the the transport
and make the production more
sustainable.

At the banks of the Kaeng Krachan
Dam, two hours drive south of
Bangkok it have been signed
agreements to establish a large
scale production of Himalyian
Alpine Char and Himalayian
Rainbow Trout.
Surrounded by the Kaeng Krachan
national park, it will produce up to
50.000 tons of quality fish in the
most sustainable form.
This location is perfect to produce
high quality food for both Thailand,
Malaysia, Singapore and China.

At the banks of the Vaigai Dam in
Theni we have are in negotiations
to establish a large scale production
of Himalyian Alpine Char and
Himalayian Rainbow Trout.

with mango trees, coconut palms
and sugar canes, we will produce up
to 35.000 tons of quality char in the
most sustainable form.
In addition we can produce more
than 700 varieties of herbs, greens,
flowers and vegetables, grown in
controlled ecological aquaponic

TECHNO
● We have chosen to build our plants using
RAS (Recirculating Aquaculture Systems)
technology
● A RAS facility first directs clean water into
the fish. From the fish, the water goes
through a filtration process where feces,
waste feed and other particles are
mechanically removed from the water
before it is sent back to the fish again
● In a RAS system, you also have good
control of the temperature, which will
naturally be warmer than if you replaced
all the water all the time. This heat is used
to provide steady growth throughout the
year and a more controllable production
schedule.
● Char thrives well in a RAS facility, and with
biodensity for char up to 150 kg / m3, it is
easier to make profitable operations out
of land-based farming.

● We will use hydropower through
micro hydro power plants, if our
water resources can deliver this
● The same water will be used several
times and then leave again as clean
drinking water
● Our plants will utilize the newest
solar power solutions available
● Our fish slunge will produce

biomass of 10.000 tons will produce
in average 4.000.000 kWh per year

A FARMERS DREAM
● Alpine Char grows best in cold
oxygen-rich water (11-13 degrees),
but already grows from 0 degrees. It
is robust and adaptable and has no
proven lice problems.
● It thrives in farming and at a much
higher density than salmon and
rainbow trout as it is a schooling
fish.
● As a food fish, Alpine Char has a
delicate fillet with a mild taste and
fine texture.
● It is harvested at 1400-1600 grams
and is a premium product with
increasing international demand
and steadily increasing the price per
kilo.

26. HEALTHY CHOICE
● Our premium alpine char is a
healthy choice and the production is
sustainable
● Compared with salmon and trout it
is more lean and healthy
● Our premium alpine char don’t get
soy and are without omega 6 fat
● Char contains folate that is
necessary for normal cell division,
and is important for the formation
of red blood cells and proteins.
Women who are becoming
pregnant, or have recently become
pregnant, are always advised to take
a folic acid supplement. The reason
is that enough folate is very
important to ensure normal fetal
development. Lack of folate can lead
to spina bifida and inadequate
development of the brain in the
fetus.

28. ECOLOGICAL BIOPOWER
● To produce 1,0 kg fish we need to use 1,2
kg of feed. 26% of the feed ends up as fish
sludge with super high energy
● The sludge treatment (MAT-process) has
been developed for dewatering and
drying of the sludge fraction from effluent
treatment in aquaculture. Gas production
has been successfully adapted on the
basis of sludge, directly from water
effluent filtration.
● The unique trait of the gas process is its
compactness for being anaerobic, as
methane-producing bacteria normally
works very slowly.
● The energy will be used in other
processes and improve our energy
balance.

● Fish sludge can also be used as
ecological fertilizer and it has super
power.
● We will use this for aquaponic
production of herbs, greens and
