This document describes a resilient seated gate valve with the following key features: - Suitable for pressures up to 16 bar and temperatures up to 100°C - Made of ductile cast iron and stainless steel - With flanged ends, boltless bonnet, and maintenance-free stem sealing - Low operating torque and suitable for vacuum applications

Product characteristics and benefits
• Resilient seated in accordance with EN 1074 (DIN 3352 - 4A)
• Face-to-face length acc. to EN 558-1, basic series 14 (DIN 3202, F4)
• With flange ends on both sides acc. to EN 1092-2
• Boltless bonnet with pressure supported sealing system
• Low torque due to plastic sliding caps on the wedge
• Maintenance-free and corrosion-resistant stem sealing
• With O-ring sealing
• Low wear due to wedge guiding and elongated stem bearing
• Suitable for vacuum of up to 90%
Materials
• Body: Ductile cast iron EN-JS 1030 (GGG-40)
• Bonnet: Ductile cast iron EN-JS 1030 (GGG-40)
• Wedge: Ductile cast iron EN-JS 1030 (GGG-40) all around EPDM vulcanized
• Stem: Stainless steel 1.4021Tests and approvals
• Stem nut: Brass
• Final inspection test acc. to EN 12266
(DIN 3230 Part 4)
Corrosion protection
• DVGW tested and registered • Inside and outside epoxy coating acc. to GSK guidelines
• Elastomers approved acc. to W270
