Editor's Notes
Looking for people who are interested in my topic:- this process will involve announcing my topic of interest and tell those interested in the topic to join for help
Selecting the team:- The second step is selecting a team from those who are interested in the topic of valuing diversity. The criteria of selection will be dependent on the skills that each team member has
Training the team on what we are about to do:- Since I am the one in charge of the whole topic, I will have to train the team on how we will be handling our research and then presenting the findings
Providing the time frame for the research:- Above all, I will have to provide my team with the time frame for carrying out the whole exercise.

Understanding the topic of the discussion- At this point, I will be defining the topic of discussion so that research can be understood and the reasons as to why it is important to understand I
tDoing a feasibility study- a feasibility study will involve going to the library and searching on the internet concerning valuing diversity. At this point, primary sources will be mostly used as compared to the secondary sources, because the primary sources will provide a fieldwork analysis data.
Collecting the findings- Findings from the feasibility study will be collected and notes were taken. These notes will later be used in generating a report to be used.
Citing the sources- The collected work will be cited since the secondary data is not my original findings.

Measuring priorities:- This activity will involve defining what to look at and what to avoid in the collected data
Separating useful data from unnecessary data:- There will be a process of separating the necessary data that was collected from the unnecessary data. At this point, only the relevant information will be captured from the collected data.
Interpreting of the findings:- The necessary information will be well interpreted before making notes on what has been collected.
Making notes on what was collected:- Notes will be made on the findings with proper citations. A number of sources have already been identified t be used in this research

Defining cultural diversity:- This activity will involve defining an understudying fully on what is cultural diversity when practicing nursing in the field.
Stating what others have written about it:- After the topic has been well understood there will be multiple presentations on what other scholars have written about the topic. Five different types of research will be used in this topic and the studies have been cited at the last references slide.
Training the team on the importance of valuing diversity:- All the team members will be training each other on the importance of valuing diversity
Strategies of culturally sensitive care:-Some of these strategies include language, access care, issue gender, Respect of modesty, Understanding culture among other strategies.

Defining the mode of engaging other practitioners:- At this point, I will be defined on the best mode of engaging with other nurses and sharing our findings. The mod of engagement can be through discussion, through a seminar or even team building activity.
Teaching other nurses about valuing diversity:- The activity involved at this point includes training on the importance of valuing diversity. Illustrating the importance of valuing diversity: diversity helps in addressing quiet needs; the other is the manner by which we cooperate in an assorted workforce. Powerful pioneers can shape the way of life of their association to acknowledge people of all races, ethnicities, religions, ages, ways of life, and sexual orientations.

Time allocated for feasibility study:- Feasibility study is to be allocated three days. The three days are enough for carrying out secondary data investigation Time allocated for analysis:- Since the process of analysis involves arranging the collected data and doing away with the unnecessary, it can be allocated one dayTime allocated for studying:-The process of studying will involve a lot and hence it will be given two days in which the first day will be studying and the second day going through expected questions. Time allocated for training:-Training will be allocated three day
Time allocated for evaluating impacts of training:- Finally, there will be an evaluation of the impact of training on valuing diversity and the evaluation will be done after one week
Allocating budget for feasibility study and analysis:- Feasibility study will involve going to the library and searching on the internet. The team needs cash to access the community library and to buy lunch and snacks. Therefore the budget per day will be $200 and in three days it will be a total of $600 and analysis will only take $100.
The budget for studying and training:- Studying and training will also take $100 since the exercise will only need special treatment for lunch and snacks. Training, on the other hand, will need a budget of $1000 since it is a rigorous exercise.
Allocating budget for evaluating the impacts of training. The process of evaluating the impacts of training will take one week and it needs a budget of $350 since $50 will be allocated per day.
In total the whole exercise will need $2150.
All the citations that will be used are from the database of google scholar. These sources of secondary data are not more than four years. Hence the oldest journal or book was written in 2014 and the most recent has been written this year. All through, I chose to use five citations so that the team can have a variety of sources and information to write in “valuing diversity”.
