LAWS FOR
INFANTICIDE
----------
LAWS REGARDING
INFANTICIDE
1. Republic Act No. 7610: Protects children against
abuse, exploitation, and discrimination.
2. Republic Act No. 9262: Addresses violence
against women and their children, including
protection from abuse or harm.
3. Republic Act No. 8353: The Anti-Rape Law,
which also considers acts of abuse against
vulnerable individuals
First is Adoption, It gives your child the chance to
grow up with a loving, supportive family and have all
of the opportunities they can have
Second is Abortion which is different from after-birth Abortion. Abortion is
killing the fetus which is an unborn offspring that develops and grows inside
the host/womb. It can be both illegal and legal, many countries and
territories also permit abortion on other specific grounds, such as when
pregnancy results from rape.
Instead of committing such acts, both Rachel Tunstill and Paris Mayo should
have taken responsibility for the well-being of their babies by providing
proper care, seeking help from family or professionals if overwhelmed, and
ensuring a safe environment for their children. They should have prioritized
the health and safety of their infants and sought support when needed.
