Editor's Notes

  1. 2 Mins This slide shows the value triangle connecting ALPFA, the Latino Business 500 and Fortune 1000 companies Focusing on the bottom of the triangle, its core foundation, ALPFA will play a key facilitator role in connecting Latino businesses with Fortune 1000 companies and vice versa for business opportunities Latino entrepreneurs want to do business with the Fortune 1000 and these companies in turn want access to highly qualified diverse suppliers and prospective customers Now ALPFA is not only providing value to our corporate partners around their diversity hiring needs, but also helping them improve their bottom lines On the left hand side of the triangle you can see that ALPFA will continue to provide value to our corporate partners. Nothing will change there. In fact, we are providing additional value On the right hand side you can see a number of ways that ALPFA can have a tremendous positive impact on our own community by connecting Latino businesses with Fortune 1000 companies, helping these hard-working Latino business owners enhance their leadership skills and gain access to capital to finance their ventures These businesses will also benefit from ALPFA’s growing membership of Latino professionals and students as potential customers and for their talent needs In Summary, ALPFA’s Latino Business 500 will significantly increase our impact on the Latino community by providing essential support to a key growing demographic and will allow us to provide additional value to Fortune 1000 companies
