Current Problems and Challenges:
1. USACC’s information sources do not meet the changing
     needs of its members and potential investors.
2.   Member base is not expanding, no new benefits are
     introduced in the membership packages.
3.   USACC is not active at organizing and attending networking
     events to meet new members and the potential investors.
4.   Lack of strong cooperation with commercial and educational
     institutions in Azerbaijan makes Chamber less involved in
     economic and business events.
5.   USACC is not achieving its best potential despite its available
     resources and reputation.
Proposed Solutions:
1. Attract more members by offering new benefits and
   value added services in the membership packages;
2. Create stronger ties with current members by
   actively keeping in touch, addressing their needs and
   staying connected;
3. Organize and attend more networking events such as
   trade missions and business events for socializing
   and bringing in potential investors and members;
4. Cooperate with educational institutions in
   Azerbaijan to bring in perspective interns;
Proposed Solutions, continued:
5.   Introduce the electronic version of the Business Directory as a
     new product to make the information easy for access and
     usage;
6.   Introduce a package sale for print and electronic versions of
     the Business Directory;
7.   Introduce a customized, tailored and investor/field -oriented
     investment guide for members upon their requests;
8.   Become more active in the social media channels for sharing
     information with larger audiences, both in Azerbaijan and the
     USA;
9.   Be more active in organizing cultural events for creating not
     only business ties, but also emotional links between two
     countries.
Summary
By introducing new benefits, by expanding its member
base with new members, and by becoming a proactive
“broker” for the investors interests, USACC will
become a champion in US-Azerbaijan relations
focusing on its essential mission to promote trade,
investment and cultural relations between two countries.
