34-year old tradition of manufacturing excellence. USMC is owned and backed
by the entrepreneurial investor, Steve McDaniel. Steve’s investment provides
USMC with with the capital necessary to support growth initiatives, capacity
expansion, equipment upgrades, R&D, and product development initiatives.
The ‘US’ group consists of three synergistic companies that operate in the

US Metal Crafters’ large capacity roll forming mills and 7 in-line stamping
presses provide customers with flexibility. Presses and mills can be configured
to achieve the desired production environment. Our in-house tool and die shop
can provide tooling to produce simple profiles or more complicated shapes.
USMC offers roll forming in a wide variety of materials, including mild and high-
strength steel, PVC coated steel, aluminum, and copper. We can accommodate
up to 8 gauge material thicknesses. (3.2 mm or 1/8”)

In-house die fabrication and maintenance is vital to maintaining that position.
USMC continuously invests in top quality die makers and apprentices. They are
not only able to quickly produce complex dies but also have a full machine shop
for the production of complex roll to use in their roll forming process. All of this
means quick Design to Product.
All dies are subjected to a Die Validation process which guarantees the final
product meets specifications and manufacturing requirements. Reliable tooling
reduces downtime and maximizes production efficiencies for our customers.

USMC’s Fiber laser ensures fast, clean, and accurate cuts in a wide variety of
materials. Our 3000 Watt and 8000 Watt Mazak Fiber lasers are a great option
for high-volume production of parts in thin to mid-thickness materials.
Combined with press brakes, laser cutting can offer a great alternative to
stamping dies when smaller quantities don’t justify the cost of dies.
