Job Profile-
 Reporting daily Purchasing activities & inbound logistics to Plant Head
 Responsibility of purchasing & controlling to Raw material( assembly line component) Rubber
Component ,sheet metal components ,Die-casting component, auto electrical component.
 Monitoring & ensuring adherence of BOP delivery on time. .
 Meeting the organization saving targets.
 Rreduction in number of supplier (consolidation/right sizing) & extending the credit terms.
 Ensure adherence to system & discipline.
 Handling and monitoring of claims to factories and vendors for defectives, shortage, missing parts.
 Approving purchase orders and documents in accordance to specification with company policies and
procedures.
 Plan and manage inventory levels of materials through modern method FIFO, ABC Analysis, EOQ Model
& VED Analysis.
 Source for new parts, suppliers or sub-contractors when the need arises ,new vendor development &
vendor visit premises on localization.
 Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of items between suppliers (local, overseas & Imports).
 Forwarding available inventory items by verifying stock; scheduling delivery.
 Responsibility of Price verification & payment recommendation for purchases & job work by
forwarding receiving documentation.
 Accomplishes purchasing and organization mission by completing KPI results as needed.
 Taking quotation, contract negotiation & verifying inbound logistics contract for delivery of material.
 Responsible for inventory purchase planning & maintaining KANBAN, JIT Purchasing system & Controlling on
overall cost of Inventory & Purchase.
 Responsibility of Daily Reporting Commercial Head for daily purchasing activity in HO.
 Responsibility of Prepare monthly purchasing Report (MPR) for Top Management & Discuss.
 Responsibility of Prepare monthly supplier ( SCH)
 Execution and monitoring of all regular purchasing duties.
 Coordinate with user departments and suppliers in the purchasing scope of work for projects assigned.
 Handling and monitoring of claims to factories and vendors for defectives, shortage, missing material.
 Support to warehouse & controlling on procurement of material.
 Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders and documents in accordance to
specification & with company policies and procedures.
 Negotiate for best purchasing package (in terms of quality, price, delivery and service) with suppliers
and sub-contractors assigned.
 Source for suppliers or sub-contractors when the need arises. Monitor and co-ordinate
deliveries of items between suppliers (local and overseas).
 Check all contracts and orders for fulfillment and well performance.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AS INBOUND LOGISTICS LEADER:
 Responsible for all activities related to In bound material system, storage and issue
 Ensure adherence to systems and discipline
 Motivate , encourage, TEI and improvement activities
 Deploy M&L group standards for logistics, QR6s, TPM, 5S, FIFO, VCS and drive the subordinates
 Deploy policy and AOP targets with clear action plan and drive for target achievement.
 Ensure high level of adherence to systems, procedures and material discipline
 Conduct performance review, plan for people development
 Maintenance of material handling equipments.
 Inventory control using health curve application and procedures and maintain a high standards for material
discipline.
 Timely return of rejected material to suppliers
 Manage material for conversion / subcontracting by close interaction with SIOP planner and VS Logistics
 Conduct DRM in effective manner, follow standards logistics escalation procedure
 Management of Indirect material store.
 Compliance to internal & external audits
 Safe and incident free work environment

Job Profile-  Reporting daily Purchasing activities & inbound logistics to Plant Head  Responsibility of purchasing & controlling to Raw material( assembly line component) Rubber Component ,sheet metal components ,Die-casting component, auto electrical component.  Monitoring & ensuring adherence of BOP delivery on time. .  Meeting the organization saving targets.  Rreduction in number of supplier (consolidation/right sizing) & extending the credit terms.  Ensure adherence to system & discipline.  Handling and monitoring of claims to factories and vendors for defectives, shortage, missing parts.  Approving purchase orders and documents in accordance to specification with company policies and procedures.  Plan and manage inventory levels of materials through modern method FIFO, ABC Analysis, EOQ Model & VED Analysis.  Source for new parts, suppliers or sub-contractors when the need arises ,new vendor development & vendor visit premises on localization.  Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of items between suppliers (local, overseas & Imports).  Forwarding available inventory items by verifying stock; scheduling delivery.  Responsibility of Price verification & payment recommendation for purchases & job work by forwarding receiving documentation.  Accomplishes purchasing and organization mission by completing KPI results as needed.  Taking quotation, contract negotiation & verifying inbound logistics contract for delivery of material.
  • 3.  Responsible for inventory purchase planning & maintaining KANBAN, JIT Purchasing system & Controlling on overall cost of Inventory & Purchase.  Responsibility of Daily Reporting Commercial Head for daily purchasing activity in HO.  Responsibility of Prepare monthly purchasing Report (MPR) for Top Management & Discuss.  Responsibility of Prepare monthly supplier ( SCH)  Execution and monitoring of all regular purchasing duties.  Coordinate with user departments and suppliers in the purchasing scope of work for projects assigned.  Handling and monitoring of claims to factories and vendors for defectives, shortage, missing material.  Support to warehouse & controlling on procurement of material.  Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders and documents in accordance to specification & with company policies and procedures.  Negotiate for best purchasing package (in terms of quality, price, delivery and service) with suppliers and sub-contractors assigned.  Source for suppliers or sub-contractors when the need arises. Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of items between suppliers (local and overseas).  Check all contracts and orders for fulfillment and well performance. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AS INBOUND LOGISTICS LEADER:  Responsible for all activities related to In bound material system, storage and issue  Ensure adherence to systems and discipline  Motivate , encourage, TEI and improvement activities  Deploy M&L group standards for logistics, QR6s, TPM, 5S, FIFO, VCS and drive the subordinates  Deploy policy and AOP targets with clear action plan and drive for target achievement.  Ensure high level of adherence to systems, procedures and material discipline  Conduct performance review, plan for people development  Maintenance of material handling equipments.  Inventory control using health curve application and procedures and maintain a high standards for material discipline.  Timely return of rejected material to suppliers  Manage material for conversion / subcontracting by close interaction with SIOP planner and VS Logistics  Conduct DRM in effective manner, follow standards logistics escalation procedure  Management of Indirect material store.  Compliance to internal & external audits  Safe and incident free work environment  GRN & Gate entry tracking METRICS  Zero safety incidents  Balanced Health factor of DM and IDM  Elimination of re handling of parts  Zero non-conformance in internal and external audits  5S and material discipline score card  Inbound Logistics and packing cost reduction.
