Carrying out 'A', 'B', 'C', 'D' checks for warranty engines as per Cummins Procedure.
Take the responsibility of Annual Service Contract for 60 DG sets of various models
with 24 hours service guarantee (includes penalty clause).
Coordinating with OEMs for new engine installation which includes the Foundation,
Front Opening, Rear Opening, Airflow (inside the DG room), Exhauster Piping
(length, diameter and no. of bends), Fuel Piping, Fuel Tank Location, Cooling
System, Air ducting and Exhaust Cladding work.
Coordinating with marketing to enhance the business opportunities.
Conducting technical meetings within service department to improve the service
techniques.
Coordinating with the colleagues to their service issues and try to Sort it out and
train them about the products and troubleshooting the problems.
Troubleshooting of Cummins PT Fuel System, BOSCH and MICO-Fuel Systems.
Converting Mechanical Governor to Electronic Fuel Governor.
Commissioning of new engines which may be fitted with Compressor, Dozer, Motor
grader, Crane and Water well Rigs and Co-coordinating with OEMs of warranty
issues.
Commissioning of New DG and Recon DG set which includes Removal of old
Gensets and positioning of new DG, carrying out Alignment, Replacement of
exhaust piping, fuel lines, Heat Exchanger lines and engine electrical and taking the
load trial for 8 Hours at 80% load with Cummins standard to the customer
Satisfaction.
Assembling of different parts of Vehicles in Hyundai cars & other vehicles.
Maintenance of servicing of Vehicles including engines.
