OCCUPATIONAL SUMMARY
Over thirty-five (35) years of experience in engineering, construction, business management and
academe covering but not limited to, overall project operations, horizontal and vertical
constructions, plant startup, nuclear pipings and supports, structural steel design, machine shop
practice, mechanical equipment and cost estimating, heating, ventilating and air conditioning
(HVAC), materials handling, inventory management, fabrication of industrial and agricultural

documentations, and office operations. Held the position of Site Warranty Programs Manager of
Westinghouse Nuclear Power Division for thirteen (13) years and was responsible for
establishing engineering review and evaluation of warranty claims submitted by customers,
provided disposition and response to customers’ technical inquiries, performed field inspections,
prepared necessary documentations and reports, interfaced with the US Project Offices in the
exchange of technical information. Also responsible for the site-based employees and general
upkeep of company documents and assets at Philippine Nuclear Plant. Lead Manager in
administering the preparation of Settlement Agreement in 1992 between Westinghouse and the
Philippine Government in Pittsburgh, USA. Provided technical support in the litigation in New
Jersey. Testified as Nuclear Expert Witness for Westinghouse in the Arbitration Tribunal in
Laussane, Geneva, Switzerland before an International Tribunal Committee during Arbitration
between the Philippine Government and Westinghouse Electric Corporation. Currently holding
the position of President and CEO of IJM Construction & Development Corporation. Responsible
