Tigers are powerful predators and the largest members of the cat family, with a brain weighing over 300 grams and a remarkable short-term memory. They possess strong hunting abilities, including the capability to kill prey twice their size, and have unique traits such as antiseptic saliva and good swimming skills. Despite their ferocity, they are considered to be less aggressive than lions, and their population in India has been increasing.
