This morning we visit the Banaue Rice Terraces, a 2000 year old rice terrace that are carved into the sides
of the mountain by the indigenous people. Commonly referred to as the 8th Wonder of the World, these
terraces are fed by an ancient irrigation system from the rainforests above the terraces. It is said that if the
steps were put end to end, it would encircle half the globe. After lunch, proceed to Tagaytay City.
