2. If one had to define Colombia with one word, it would be “variety”. This is because the country offers
a unique mix of cultures and traditions as well as the most diverse fauna and flora and geographical
characteristics; all very close to one another, easy to plan within one trip, and these come with one
effect: extraordinary people that are eager to proudly show their country.
With over 50 golf courses, Colombia, surpassed only by Argentina and Brazil, offers challenging
courses in each region, designed by golfing legends such as Robert Trent Jones, Gary Player and Jack
Nicklaus. The Karibana Beach Golf Cartagena is the only TPC (Tournament Players Club, PGA) golf
course in South America.
