UHT milk?
UHT milk is a milk processing that has
been processed at ultra high
temperature (UHT). The sterilization is
done by rapid heating of milk to a
temperature of at least 135°C, letting it
rest for a few seconds, and then quickly
cooling it down to ambient
temperature. This processing results in
killing all the micro-organisms. Which
extends its shelf life to several months
without refrigeration when sealed.
