AIM OF THE SUBJECT
 The

new ideas in each lecture are usually
presented in the form of discussions, in
which the teachers participate and
contribute their own ideas. This has
advantages of involving the teachers more
and allowing them to bring their own
experience to bear on the topic under
discussion. It also helps the trainer to see
how well they have understood the new
ideas being presented.
