ProZorro uses an open-source online platform that aggregates tenders from multiple commercial providers and introduces compulsory auctions to reduce prices. Ukraine now wants to apply this transparent "ProZorro" approach to its participation in the GPA by creating an online hub that aggregates tender information from GPA member procurement systems and provides resources for participating in different country tenders.
