Editor's Notes
Mafalda
After last class we realized the importance of focusing in our target and for that reason we turn ourselves to the business so now we can proudly assume we are a B2B startup.
Then we identified our TAM, SAM and SOM and Adriana will talk about that later on
Also during this week we analyzed how are our main competitors and we’ve made a SWOT analysis for each one so that we can understand what we can do better than them and what do we still have to improve giving us a competitive advantage.
Last but not least and taking into consideration all of this, we got a new pitch and we also made a new version of our Business Model.
Adriana
After analyzing the market we agreed that our TAM are all companies that already have in their stores a ticket system. Then, SAM analysis tell us that we can focus on companies and services that have a high number of customers. And to conclude, SOM analysis will comprise companies that are able to pay for our partnership and recognize its features as well as its benefits.

The first competitor we identified was the management queues systems that calculate the average time people will be waiting according their ticket number and the numbers they still have ahead them – the already used ticket system
